Each bandana is custom made just for your pup, so we do not accept returns or standard refunds.

That said, your experience matters to us — if there are any issues with your order, please reach out and we will work with you to make it right.

Shipping is included in your order.

Once your bandana is complete, we will send tracking information as soon as it ships. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

If you are located on Oʻahu and prefer local pickup, please indicate this at checkout and we’ll coordinate a time and location with you.
